APPROVED WEBSITE POLICY
As of July 1, 2006
- All website content will be managed by the Webmaster in consultation with the President and the Board.
- Front page links to flyers and information for deaf events that are free can be posted to the website at no cost.
- Front page links to flyers and information for deaf events that charge admission can be posted to the website for $5 posting fee per flyer. An exception is allowed for the Conference Host Committee.
- A simple listing on the events calendar is available for any event at no charge.
- The current affiliate publicity fee will include an extra $10 fee to cover the use of the affiliate's page on the IAD website. This covers IAD's cost to provide a web presence for its affiliates. Front page links must follow the rules in #2 and #3.
- Organizations who donate at least $500 to IAD may request to place a small graphic about their organization on the IAD website. The banner may be no more than 120 pixels square. Exceptions to the size of the graphic must be approved by the Webmaster. The Board reserves the right to approve or deny the request.
- IAD is not responsible for information disseminated from certain parties.
